What’s stopping you?

What is on your to do list that keeps getting put off? If its important to you, what’s stopping you from doing it? If its not that important, why torture yourself by pretending that it’s something that you want to do?
Most of us are extremely ambitious. We start each day, week, month and year with a laundry list of things that we want to accomplish. However, somewhere along the way we fail to accomplish many of our goals. It’s not because the task was so difficult but often because we never got started. The task may have seemed so overwhelming to us that we kept putting it off and putting it off until it just fell off the list.
Ask yourself if there is a goal that you really want to accomplish but haven’t even taken the first step toward it. What’s stopping you?
