How to stay encouraged

  1. Meditate… sometimes you need time alone with yourself to refocus on your goals
  2. Dream… step outside of your reality and imagine the life you want
  3. Plan… having an idea of “how” will help you “do”
  4. Laugh… don’t take things so seriously after all, this isn’t brain surgery or rocket science (unless you’re a brain surgeon or rocket scientist)
  5. Breathe… the oxygen obtained from a series of inhales and exhales can do wonders to clear your head
